Returns & Withdrawal

Pump development is based in France, and the policy below reflects French and EU consumer law. Depending on where you live, different or additional rules may apply:

• If you’re an EU consumer: you’re entitled to the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence, even where they differ slightly from French law (for example, some EU countries handle notice or timing details differently). Where your local law is more protective than what’s described below, your local law applies.
• If you’re a UK consumer: UK law provides a broadly similar 14-day withdrawal right and digital-content exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, though it is a separate legal basis from EU law.
• If you’re outside the EU/UK (e.g. the US or elsewhere): most countries have no general statutory right of withdrawal for online digital subscriptions. In that case, the policy below is the refund policy we offer you as a matter of contract, not because local law requires it.

2.1 The 14-day right of withdrawal

Under French and EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases, with no need to justify the decision (Art. L221-18, French Consumer Code).

2.2 When it does not apply

However, this right does not apply to digital services once performance has begun, if:

• you gave your prior explicit consent to immediate access, and
• you explicitly acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin providing the Service (Art. L221-28, 13°, French Consumer Code).

2.3 How to withdraw

If you have not requested immediate access, or haven’t yet started using the Service, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund by contacting pro.jeremy.andre@gmail.com.

Separately from the withdrawal right above, French law gives consumers statutory warranties on digital services — the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
