Elenchos runs a fixed set of statistical checks on a computational analysis you supply and reports what it found. Its output is informational. It is not a certification, an assurance, or a professional opinion, and it does not tell you what decision to make with your analysis or its results.

A passing audit is not a guarantee that a result is correct.

Nothing on this website or produced by Elenchos is, or should be construed as, legal, financial, tax, scientific, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. Elenchos does not predict, endorse, or guarantee any outcome.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to rely on any output, based on your own judgement and, where appropriate, the advice of a qualified professional.

A PASS from any check means only that the specific failure mode that check looks for was not detected on the inputs you supplied. It does not establish that your analysis is correct, that its assumptions hold, or that its result will hold on new data. WARN and "not checked" results are common and expected: a check that cannot run never returns a PASS.

Results derived from historical, simulated, or resampled data carry limitations that do not apply to a fresh, independent evaluation. An audit reduces the chance that a known class of mistake goes unnoticed; it does not remove that risk.

You are responsible for the data, code, parameters, and configuration you give to Elenchos, and for their accuracy. Incomplete, mislabelled, or incorrect inputs produce an unreliable audit. Elenchos reads what you provide and does not independently verify that it reflects your actual analysis.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make, whether or not informed by Elenchos. It is your responsibility to independently verify any output before acting on it. You agree to indemnify and hold Pump development harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or from decisions you make in reliance on it.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pump development is not liable for any loss or damage — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including lost profits or decisions made using it. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under French law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct).
